This course is designed to provide potential Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Lead Auditors with the advanced knowledge and skills required to perform 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party audits. The program strictly meets the international training standards set by the Chartered Quality Institute and International Register of Certificated Auditors of the United Kingdom, preparing you to operate as a world-class FSMS professional.
Our training methodology balances theoretical knowledge with intensive activity-based learning (comprising approximately two-thirds of the course time):
Audit Mastery: Gain sufficient knowledge and skills in the entire auditing process through workshops and role-plays.
ISO 22000 Expertise: Deepen your understanding of food safety principles and the specific requirements of the 2018 standard.
Activity-Based Learning: Participate in case studies and discussions that simulate real-world auditing scenarios.
Exam Readiness: Review and discuss mock examination papers throughout the course to become fully familiar with the exam style and expectations.
Hazard Control Auditing: Learn to audit the effectiveness of HACCP plans and Prerequisite Programmes (PRPs).
Communication Skills: Develop the ability to conduct on-site interviews and present audit findings to top management.
Basic introduction to food safety principles, key terms, and ISO 22000:2018 requirements.
Strategies for defining audit scope, objectives, and developing risk-based audit plans.
Training in auditing skills, evidence gathering, and interviewing techniques.
Technical skills for writing accurate NC reports and structured audit summaries.
Procedures for verifying corrective actions and managing the post-audit phase.
Understanding auditor responsibilities, ethics, and the certification process requirements.
Delivery: 5-day intensive online training program.
Schedule: Evening sessions from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Cairo Time.

The Exam Process: You will receive two direct links:
Mock Exam Link: Accessible multiple times for practice.
Final Exam Link: Multiple-choice format, accessible once within a 30-day window.
Support: On the final day, the trainer will solve similar exam questions and provide all necessary instructions. You are allowed to refer to course materials during the exam.
Results: Results and certificates are typically issued within 10 to 15 working days.
To maximize the benefit of this training, delegates are expected to have prior knowledge of:
Management Systems: Familiarity with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and core management system elements.
Food Safety Principles: Knowledge of HACCP, Prerequisite Programmes (PRPs) as specified in ISO/TS 22002, and the relationship between FSMS and safe food products.
Standard Requirements: Understanding the requirements of ISO 22000 and common food safety terms.
Delegates who successfully pass both the continual assessment (based on workshops and activities) and the final written examination will be awarded a Certificate of Successful Completion. This certificate is an internationally recognized credential for Food Safety professionals.
