Master Occupational Health & Safety Auditing

This course provides comprehensive training for potential OHSMS Lead Auditors. It is designed to equip you with the specialized knowledge and skills to prepare, conduct, report, and follow up on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits. This program meets the rigorous international training requirements set by the Chartered Quality Institute and International Register of Certificated Auditors in the United Kingdom.

Course Objectives

Through expert-led discussions, interactive workshops, and role-plays, delegates will:

Master the Audit Process: Gain full proficiency in the entire auditing cycle from initiation to follow-up.

Course Contents

OHS Fundamentals

General introduction to OHS management principles, core vocabulary, and the PDCA cycle.

ISO 45001 Requirements

A detailed and comprehensive technical analysis of the standard’s clauses, requirements, and safety expectations.

Audit Planning & Preparation

Effective strategies for clearly defining scope, setting objectives, and developing structured, efficient audit plans.

Process Auditing & Skills

Hands-on training in auditing techniques, interviewing skills, and gathering objective evidence.

Reporting & NC Management

Professional techniques for writing Non-Conformity reports and structured audit summaries.

Audit Follow-up

Managing the post-audit phase, including evaluating corrective actions and closing findings.

Training & Exam Details

Delivery: 5-day intensive online training program.
Schedule: Evening sessions from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Cairo Time.
Language: English / Arabic.
Attendance: 100% full attendance is mandatory for certification.
The Exam Process: You will receive two direct links:
Mock Exam: Accessible multiple times for practice.
Final Exam: A multiple-choice exam, accessible once within a 30-day window. (Open-book format).
Expert Support: On the final day, the trainer will solve similar exam questions and provide all necessary instructions. Trainers are available for questions at any time.
Results: Outcomes and certificates are released within 10 to 15 working days.

Course Prerequisites

To ensure success, delegates are expected to have prior knowledge of:

OHS Principles: Understanding of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and basic hazard identification/risk assessment.
Legislation: Familiarity with relevant national and local OHS laws and requirements.
ISO 45001 Requirements: Prior completion of a certified OHSMS Foundation course (or equivalent) is highly recommended.

Certification

Delegates who demonstrate successful performance through continual assessment and pass the final written examination will be awarded a Certificate of Successful Completion. This certificate is a globally recognized credential for OHSMS professionals.
